Return & Exchange Policy

1. New Products — 30-Day Return

New products purchased at the manufacturer's regular retail price are eligible for return within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

• The product is unopened, unassembled, and unused.
• It remains in its original packaging and original condition.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Products that have been opened, assembled, or used are not eligible for a standard 30-day return.

2. Opened or Used New Products — 15-Day Buyback

Eligible new products purchased at the manufacturer's full published MSRP may qualify for our 15-Day Buyback Option after being opened, assembled, or used. The request must be made within 15 calendar days of purchase. All products are subject to inspection and final condition classification by ErgoFurnish.

Like New — 20% Deduction

Opened or assembled products that remain in like-new condition, with no visible wear, scratches, scuffs, stains, odors, damage, or missing parts, may qualify for a buyback at 80% of the original product purchase price, excluding sales tax.

Example: A qualifying chair purchased for $1,000 before tax receives a $200 deduction and an $800 refund, plus any applicable sales tax adjustment.

Excellent Condition — 30% Deduction

Products that have been gently used but remain exceptionally clean, fully functional, and free of visible scratches, scuffs, stains, odors, damage, or missing parts may qualify for a buyback at 70% of the original product purchase price, excluding sales tax.

Example: A qualifying chair purchased for $1,000 before tax receives a $300 deduction and a $700 refund, plus any applicable sales tax adjustment.

Products With Wear, Damage or Repair Needs

Products with scratches, scuffs, stains, damage, missing components, or repair needs are not eligible for the fixed 20% or 30% buyback rates. Customers may instead submit them through our separate Sell Your Chair program. ErgoFurnish may inspect the product and make an individual purchase offer based on its condition, repair needs, resale value, and current purchasing needs. Any offer is subject to mutual agreement and is not guaranteed.

Proof of purchase and all available original components are required for the 15-day option. Original delivery, installation, and other service fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional, discounted, and Final Sale purchases are excluded from the fixed-rate 15-day option. Any applicable sales tax adjustment depends on the transaction's tax treatment.

3. Discounted, Promotional & Final Sale Products

Products sold below the manufacturer's published MSRP and designated as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Final Sale products are not eligible for the standard 30-day return or 15-day buyback.

Final Sale terms are disclosed at the time of purchase and reflected on the receipt.

Customers may still request a cash offer or trade-in evaluation through our separate programs, subject to eligibility and approval.

4. Pre-Owned Products — As-Is / Final Sale

All pre-owned products are sold as-is and Final Sale.

• Returns and refunds are not accepted.
• Eligible pre-owned chairs may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Exchanges are available for another chair of equal or higher value, subject to availability and inspection.
• Customers pay the difference when upgrading to a higher-priced chair.
• No cash refunds are issued for exchanges.

5. Sell Your Chair — No Purchase-Date Limit

Have a premium ergonomic office chair you no longer need?

ErgoFurnish may purchase eligible chairs for cash, regardless of when or where they were originally purchased.

• No time limit from the original purchase date.
• Offers depend on brand, model, condition, and current purchasing needs.
• All offers are subject to evaluation and approval.

6. Trade-In Credit Toward New LiberNovo — No Purchase-Date Limit

Customers with eligible office chairs may request trade-in credit toward a new LiberNovo Omni or Maxis chair.

• No time limit from the original purchase date.
• Trade-in credit is based on the chair's eligibility, condition, and assessed value.
• Credit applies toward a qualifying new LiberNovo purchase.
• All trade-in offers are subject to approval.

7. General Conditions

All returns, exchanges, and buyback requests are subject to the applicable terms outlined above. Product inspections and proof of purchase may be required.

Participation in the Sell Your Chair or Trade-In program does not guarantee acceptance or a particular offer amount.

Applicable statutory consumer rights and manufacturer warranty coverage remain unaffected.
