No payment is collected when you request an appointment. We'll confirm your visit and payment details personally. The $25 consultation fee is credited toward a same-day chair purchase of $300 or more; otherwise, the fee applies.

45-minute sessions. Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00; weekends, 10:00–14:00 (Raleigh time). Late start requests require approval.

Raleigh local time (ET): Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00; Saturday and Sunday 10:00–14:00. ErgoMatch consultations take 45 minutes and proposed start times are 30 minutes apart. The 18:00 weekday and 14:00 weekend requests are exceptions and require personal approval. These are requests, not live availability.

Appointments can be requested from today through 2026-10-29. Requests outside this window are not available.
